Return Policy

Thank you for supporting Keira's Kreations! Every item is created with care, and I want you to love your purchase. 

Custom and Personalized Items

Because most of my products are handmade and made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged, defective, or I made an error with your order. 

If I make a mistake, please contact me withing 7 days of delivery, and I'll work with you to make it right. 

Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-ship items may be returned withing 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or I made an error. 

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so I can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads are final.

Once a digital file has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. 

If you experience any issues accessing your files or believe you received the wrong product, please contact me, and I'll be happy to help resolve the issue.
