Thank you for choosing Keira's Kreations! Every order is made with care, and I appreciate your patience while I create something special just for you.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 3-7 business days. During holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. If your order will take longer than expected, I'll contact you with an update. 

Personalized, custom, and large orders may require additional time depending on the complexity of the design. If your order will take longer than expected, I'll contact you with an update. 

Shipping

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS, depending on the size and destination of your package. 

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey. 

Shipping Delays

While I do my best to ship orders on time, I can't guarantee delivery dates once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier. Delays caused by weather, holidays, or the carrier themselves, are outside of my control. 

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. 

If an incorrect address is provided, additional shipping charges may apply if the package needs to be reshipped. 

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact me as soon as possible. I'll work with you to help resolve the issue.
